Description

• At approx. 140 portions of minced meat (500 g) or 220 burgers per minute, the DL302 achieves maximum speeds thanks to two integrated tray denesters with a double index conveyor. • The loading line DL302 is suitable for universal use, whether for formed, coextruded or ground products, burgers, minced meat, cevapcici. • Products deposited in trays in a wide range of variations, e.g. burgers can be positioned one after another, in stacks or in overlapping rows. With the DL302, it is also possible to stack products side by side. • Commercially available 1/2–1/8 gastro trays can be used Efficient Goods Flow Burgers, cevapcici kebabs, meatloaf, minced meat and much more can be loaded automatically into trays, enabling a high degree of automation. Flexible Packaging Type Burgers can be placed side-by-side, stacked or staggered as required. Rapid Product Changes Fast modifications are possible for product changes, enabling optimum use of production time. The fully automated VEMAG loading lines SL305 and DL302provide support for processes that previously involved manualwork, like inserting products into trays or installing a differentloading line for product changes. Minced meat, fresh fried sausage, cevapcici, cheese balls, meatballs, burgers and many more products can be produced oneafter another with flexibility and efficiency and conveyed tothe subsequent packaging area. The DL302 and SL305 can evendeposit goulash, schnitzel or chops in trays — in fact, they candeposit any product that can be conveyed in a stable state.
