This system makes it possible to distribute vats according to information of chip RFID, thanks to a system of conveyers of supply and descencor.
Especially conceived for shouted and fish trades, this system of traceability and convoying of the vats allows the best followed sales and the distribution through boxings.
Under development full, the methods of traceability are based on an emission /r éception of data by waves radios in the majority of the cases, or by infra-red.
The method employed on our vats is that of the waves radios, adapted well better to this kind of environment.
The vats of a capacity of 30 or 60 liters are identified by a label RFID injected during the manufacture of the mould and deposited inside.
Each vat thus comprises a single number which makes it possible to identify the name of the boat, the person who transports the vat, the contents and avoids before all the losses and the flights of vats.
Indeed a true shortfall evaluated with more than 40.000 euros, dependant on the fact per annum that the wholesale fish merchants and the fishermen always do not bring back their vats.
The cells in charge of the reading of information are placed along the conveyers.
The fish is thus taken charges some since its arrival until its sale and its removal.
A concrete case: in one shouted, the vats ravel in front of the customers on a conveyer, the customers pass their buying orders, the code of the purchaser is instantaneously to record in chip RFID.
The vat is then directed, always via automatic conveyers, towards the box of the customer, then stored thanks to the descencor to then be able to be charged and transported by the customer.
