Safety valve test bench VC25SRV

The Ventil VC25-SRV safety (relief) valve test rig allows testing with air and liquid and is designed to comply with API-576 for flow design and API-527 for seat tightness testing. The VC25SRV features a hydraulic operated 3-claw clamping system, design for quick clamping of safety valves with flanged and thread connections.

The test unit can apply a clamping force of 25 metric tons and suitable to test valves in range 1/2"-10" The VC25SRV safety valve test rig has a build in accumulator to comply with the safety valve test standards.
