The Ventil VCB25 shut off valve test rig is designed to to meet the requirements of the API 598, API 6A and API 6D. The VCB-25 can clamp valves using a 3-claw hydraulic operated auto clamp at the inlet flange or using the two clamping tables. The top table can revolve away so that valves can easily be craned into the test station and operators can have full (visual) access to valve seat during a seat test. The test unit can apply a clamping force of 25 metric tons and suitable to test valves in range 1/2"-10".
