Machine Features

-The main parts of the machine such as base, column & saddle are made of “MEEHANITE” castings which are stress released by annealing to ensure stable rigidity & high accuracy and to extend machine life.

-Cross slideways adopts “double Vees” to ensure the best accuracy.

-Both longitudinal & cross slideways are precisely handscrapted and coated with Turcite-B for smooth movement and ever low wearing.

-The automatic lubrication system is furnished as standard to provide ample lubrication on all sildeways and leadscrews enabling a smooth movement so as to minimize wearing possibility.

-The spindle is directly coupled with V-3 motor which ensures high spindle run out accuracy of 0.002mm.

-Longitudinal/ cross slideways are made by full-support design to offer the high precision during movement.

-Elevating movement is driven on V-type slideways, the backlash can be adjusted to match the precise movement between leadscrew & worm gear. The drive shaft is strongly supported by two bearings for smooth running and noise free.

l The precision cartridge spindle, greased & free of maintenance, is incoperated with 4 pieces of preloaded class 7 (P4) super precision angular contact ball bearing for heavy grinding.
