Lubrication System for strips and tools
The Siegfried Striplube System SSL is based on the experienced projection technique. The lubricant is projected to the place to be lubricated in form of micro drops with help of air as support.
This projection technique allows an exact constant lubrication without mist. The device is equipped with exact adjustable pneumatical micro pumps, which allow finest regulation with big range.

Controls
The Striplube SSL A6 disposes in principle of three control functions (Direct, Timer and Auto) to solve the different lubrication problems.

Function Direct
The lubrication is active as long as there is an activ signal at the control entry.

Applications:
The lubrication has to be active as long as the machine is running
Lubrication during material feeding with help of a cam
Tool parts have to be lubricated in open situation of a stamping tool

Function Timer
The lubrication starts by an external signal and ends after the programmed time (0,2 - 10 sec).

Applications:
Slow machines (single stroke)
Taps
Saw blades, milling machines etc.

Function Auto
The lubricant quantity is adjusted linear to the speed of the machine. The device needs a short activ signal at the command entry per turn. The lubricant quantity is adjusted at the nominal speed and is adapted automatically subsequently; half quantity at half speed.
