VG Scienta
VG Scienta offer a complete range of UHV compatible viewports to suit all clean and UHV applications, manufactured from the highest quality materials. They have a wide angle of vision, maximum protection from accidental damage and minimum transmission of strain from flange bolts. The standard range of Kodial® viewports covers the visible spectrum. The sapphire and quartz versions cover the ultra-violet and infra-red regions respectively. Other variants include ZnSe viewports; see the individual product pages for more information.
To complement the viewports portfolio, viewport shutters and accessories are available, ranging from the conventional venetian blind type to the fully-closed pivoting shutters which offer effective protection against processes such as evaporation.
