Our EV electromagnetic vibrators are used for • Vibrating • Loosening • Compacting • Conveying or whenever slight excitation is required at high frequencies or intermittent excitation with immediate stopping after switching off. Maximum net weight: approx. 30 kg. 
Our MX series of electromagnetic vibrators can be used for higher net weights (30 to 260 kg). Design: The vibrators have a vibrating system that is suitable for continuous duty and comprised of an encapsulated vibrating magnet, fiberglass leaf springs, and countervibrating arms with trim weights. This vibrating system produces a linear vibrating motion perpendicular to the base plate. 
The trim weights enable the natural frequency, which varies according to the net load, to be adapted to the excitation frequency in order to achieve the optimum stroke.
