AAD 20 is often used specifically for protection for small, low-weight equipment like technical instruments, electronic components, electrical switchboards and for their vibration isolation. At the same time, this device comes with the same metal components as the more popular AA20, with the specific geometry of the components allowing the reduction of the recommended loads to 1 daN. Finally, the external aluminum alloy structure is similar to the one of the products in the AA series, making the isolator resistant to overloads and protecting the elastomer from direct exposure to various atmospheric agents. This increases the service life and reliability of these items.
