The Wave Wood Tile is an adaption of Vicoustic's flagship Wave Wood panel to the architectural market and has been specifically developed to treat acoustic problems without destroying a room's ambiance, or over-deadening the sound. By combining the famous Wave Wood wooden surface with a 2 cm thick acoustic foam, the Wave Wood Tile is indicated for suspended ceilings.
Its instantly recognizable design results from unique research based on the acoustic properties of the wood and foam combined with non-linear sequential cavities that enable Wave Wood Tile to act as both an absorber and diffuser. It is particularly effective in treating medium and high frequencies as well as solving issues such as flutter echoes.
