The Viscom S3088-II fulfills all the market requirements for an automatic optical inspection, also for small and mid-sized electronics production. With its help, defects in paste print, placement, or at the solder joints can be positively and reliably identified.
The S3088-II utilizes high performance Viscom 8M camera technology to meet extreme throughput requirements. The OnDemandHR-Operation switches easily between resolutions of 23.4 or 11.7 μm/pixel without diminishing image field size, in order to meet future inspection requirements. In addition, the inspection system offers color evaluation capabilities.
