Description

The ViscoPro-Cg is a brushless servo motor for the drive of the ViscoTec dispenser series RD-EC: 3VMP15, 3VMP18 and 3VMP22, including a high intelligent drive concept. In combination with one of those dispensers a perfect alternative to valves. Your advantages: - weight with ViscoTec dispenser < 15 kg - adjustable dosing volume or high / low control - adjustable speed, proportional to dosing flow - volumetric dosing - automatic snuff-back to avoid dripping - convenient integration in new or existing systems - simple installable alternative for dosing valves - parameter setting by PC with RS 232 interface - only one signal required (start / stop), therefore easy to integrate - optional signal exchange Application: - dosing of viscous to highly viscous, shear-sensitive and abrasive products such as: silicones, metal filled pastes (Cu and Ni solder pastes), Al and Ag pastes), adhesives and colours - bead application, adjusted to tracking speed - dot dosing with highest volumetric accuracy - uptitration into a production flow - interconnection to robot or axis system possible Technical Data: - electrical data (power supply): 310 VA, 230 V, 50 Hz - max. dosing speed: 125 rpm* - suitable dispensers: 3VMP15, 3VMP18, 3VMP22 *(depends on material)
