Description

The vipro-DUOMIX extends the product portfolio of 2K dosing systems the technology of static-dynamic mixing. In the mixing head no valves are required. The individual components are purely volumetrically into the mixing tube. By rotating the mixing helix in materials can be mixed in both directions on the shortest mixing distance better mixing. The dosing and mixing system was specially developed for applications in the aerospace industry. Application examples: - Sealing applications in the aerospace industry - Application of compressible materials - For very different viscosities of the materials to be processed - For extreme mixing ratios Properties: - Compact design with parallel arrangement of the individual dispensers. - Modular design for different volume flows - Individual nozzle adaptation via bayonet possible - Simple programming of quantity and discharge capacity - Control of the dosed quantity via read motor increments - Crack of the coil can be read out via torque on the motor - Easy fixing of the dosing system to end effectors
