Vision-Tech combines all in one product: VISION-MECH
VISION-MECH belts can be used both in the first fitting and later as spare parts because
they can be fitted without having to work on the machine, with a considerable reduction
of idle time to the advantage of ECONOMY. The standard VISION-MECH belt is supplied
with polyamide both on the cogs and on the back for a longer LIFE;
any kind of coating can be used (see coating catalogue).
The belt can also be provided with wedges welded on its back with a minimum pitch
of 20 mm (type of advised belt AT 10) to offer the customer a better
FUNCTIONAL CHARACTER in relation to the product to be conveyed.
The standard width of the VISION-MECH belt is 100 mm.
Any width can be supplied, provided there is a minimum quantity
of pieces whose total width equals 100 mm. On request, the VISION-MECH belt
is made with any kind of belt, width or coating. In short,
with VISION-MECH there are no limits to our production possibilities.
