VisionGauge®
Our VisionGauge® Digital Video Comparators (or Digital Optical Comparators) allow you to display a part's CAD file over the live image of the part itself. VisionGauge® automatically scales the CAD file to match up with the system’s optical magnification.
Our VisionGauge® Digital Video Comparator Systems are complete, ready-to-run solutions. They include a wide field of view, low distortion telecentric lens, a high-resolution digital camera, programmable computer-controlled illumination, a computer, and our powerful and easy-to-use VisionGauge® OnLine machine vision software with support for DXF format CAD file Live Image Overlays.
Our VisionGauge® Digital Video Comparators eliminate the need for films and Mylars. Many different configurations are available, with a field of view up to 3.5" and a resolution as fine as 0.1 micron.
