Double sided self-adhesive mounting tape made of closed cell polyethylene foam for fixing mirrors.
The tape is coated with an acrylic adhesive. High shear and peel strengths provide a reliable adhesive bond even under heavy weights. Resistant against softening agents, compatible with acrylic glass (PMMA, tradenames Plexiglas, Vitroflex, Limacryl, R-Cast, Per-Clax, Perspex, Plazcryl, Acrylex, Acrylite, Acrylplast, Altuglas, Polycast, Oroglass, Lucite or the like). Also compatible with common mirror varnishes.
Mirror Mounting Tapes are available in thicknesses of 0.8mm, 1.0 mm and 1.6 mm.
The adhesive side is either covered with a green PE liner or, for quick handling, with
an easily strippable paper.
