This Prüfschrank supplements the already successfully introduced MultiCORR line for the execution of complex change of climate examinations, like e.g. Nissan CCT I, GMP 9542 among other things. With 2900 L chamber volume is the examination of larger building groups or e.g. from car doors no more problem, particularly since the load-carrying capacity of the sample depot amounts to approx. 500 kg.
In order to ensure an unhindered loading of the inspection room, the entrance is possible over the entire inspection room width by the door swivelling upward. Their opening and reasoning are supported not only by corrosion proof gas-filled supports, but also with pneumatically operated remote cylinders. This cooperation of both components has itself already with that
1000 L chests and cabinets regarding close latches of the inspection room in practice well prove.
The compact plant measures (B/T/H) ca.3250x1150x2350 mm and is modular developed: Inspection room, Unterschrank, operating sector. Thus transport is considerably erleichtet to the operating location. The Unterschrank serves as usual with VLM Prüfschränken for the admission of test solution tanks, climatic module and water purification.
For VLM the composite construction Kunststoff/ECTFE coated high-grade steel typical the good heat conductivity, which is essential for the precise regulation of temperatures and dampness, ensures devices. Thereby and under employment of the MultiCORR process control fast changes of the Prüfklimate with high reproductibility are guaranteed.
The housing can be equipped naturally also only with the basic control mode systems, condensation, ventilation, salt spray.
