Laboratory evaporator for sample concentration VLM
VLM Sample Concentrators are an time saving alternative to rotary evaporators, if there are many samples to be processed. For this purpose nitrogene is distributed by the gas dosing unit and introduced into the test tubes, flasks, chrom. vials, microcentrifuge tubes, or wells of microtiterplates The flow of nitrogene can be individually adjusted. The evaporation cold is compensated by the metalblock thermostats thus there is a constant temperature. Complete systems for 24,48, are available with a convenient lift or - for small budgets - with a stand. If samples have to be concentrated to a rest volume we recommend the EVA VIS model, which allows to watch the first row of samples placed into heating block with vertical slits. The evaporators shall be placed run in a hood but there is also a cabinet available you will find among accessories.
