Standard version in stainless steel AISI 304 with frame on wheels composed by: -Filter chamber with pressure gauge, safety valve and safety valve. -Bell lifting device. -Dosing tank for filter aids preparation complete with agitator and AISI 304 membrane dosing pump with adjustable flow. -Centrifugal feeding pump made in AISI 304. -Inlet product piping complete with fittings DIN and accessories with butterfly valves (one for product inlet) and sightglass. -Ball valve for flow regulation. -Outlet product piping ccomplete with fittings DIN and accessories with butterfly valves (one for product outlet), flow meter and sightglass. -Horizontal filtering sectors in stainless steel AISI 304 with AISI 316 screens. -Residual filter: discharge of the filter thanks to a dedicated disk, with thesame pump of the filter, no compressed air required. -Control board in PVC, IP 55 protection. -Voltage standard 400/3/50 Hz. -Plastic tray for cake collecting at the end of filtration.
