The VTS1000 is a tapping machine engineered by Volumec. It is suitable for use in the fields of mechanical engineering and carpentry. The unit features a tapping capacity of M3 to M30 in steel. It also has a rated torque of 45 to 180 Nm, at a pressure of 6 bar. The machine has a no-load speed range of 350 rpm to 100 rpm. It can minimize work time, while increasing productivity. The VTS1000 allows different threading in any position, through the standard multi-directional head. It can quickly and accurately align the spindle by means of magnet positioning. The equipment is supplied with an air motor, eliminating the need of additional modules to speed. In addition, it is made of aluminum.
