The ITV500 is a tapping machine series designed to reduce work time and increase productivity. It is adapted to big diameter threads optimize a triple balanced arm of easy use. This machine allows the decreasing of working time instead of traditional thread methods. It has a magnet positioning for quick and accurate alignment of the spindle. The balance and fluidity of movement guaranteed by joint and adjustable gas spring mounted on ball bearings. The air motor does not require an additional modules to speed. This model has 45/180 Nm torque at 6 bar with no-load speed that ranges up to 350/100 Rpm. It has a load of 20 kilograms.
