The ETD-S enables climate control in combination with a step transformer. It controls a fan motor based on temperature. The ETD-S can control a heater and an alarm. Minimum and maximum ventilation level is adjustable. The ETD-S is equipped with an auto cooling down correction, an empty room function and an air inlet signal. It is especially made to control Mf-Net transformers (such as the STW-A, the SEA and the STD-A). The ETD-S can also control non Mf-Net single-phase transformers up to 10 Amps. To deal with currents higher than 10 Amps or with three-phase transformers, additional contacts could be necessary.
