The E.H. Wachs PWC series of Pipe Window Cutters are designed to cut access windows in pipe from 6" to 42" (DN150-1050) up to 1-1/4" (31.8mm) wall, without harming any internal pipe structures. This is accomplished by utilizing a precise, adjustable depth milling mechanism. The PWC 18 offers the capability to cut windows up to 18" (45.7cm) in length (axially), the PWC 36 can cut windows up to 36" (91.4cm). Both cut from a minimum of 10°(radial) through a full 360° (radial) removal of pipe.

In addition to cutting access windows, the PWC cutters can perform slitting operations, as well as beveling operations for weld preparation. Easy to use and highly versatile, the Window Cutter quickly mounts to the pipe via two adjustable chain mounts. It finds mulitple uses in the oil and gas industries and anywhere access windows need to be precisely cut into pipes.
