The BM series is based on a successful and reliable concept which in the past few years has set standards on the market as it was consistently improved. The standard version of this machine has robust infeed units with high feed forces due to three (four) pairs of feed rollers. The standard equipment moreover includes a CNC support plate for supporting large 3D parts, the universal bending head for surface-protecting bending processes and tight bending radii and the optimized cut (for enlarging the bending space; when bending tight U-shaped parts, the cutter-tool holder is moved back during the bending process). The L version of the BM machine provides more flexibility as it can be customized according to the desired range of applications. The bend-back clearance, for example, can be selected from 600 mm and between 1,000 to 1,300 mm. There are a multitude of options, like an additional bending axis for the cross stroke, chamfering / welding / threading or stamping installations as well as an in-line connection with other automation equipment (robots).
