Magnetic components can be separated by magnetic drums from pourable and above all dry material. The material is ideally supplied via a vibrating chute towards the drum as far as rotating permanent drums (type 0421), neodym drums (type 0421N) as well as electro drums (type 421) are concerned. The drum of series 427 for a lifting mode of operation is an electro drum with large depth action for separating larger ferrous parts.
