The ValuTec is a fully equipped portal machining centre with fixed, non-height adjustable crossrail. Available in three set table or pallet sizes, it is primarily employed in the machine tool industry, for the machining of smaller workpieces and in the die and mould-industry. The universal milling head integrated in the ram can be equipped either with a mechanically or with motor-driven spindles.
The mechanically driven spindle is eccentrically mounted, enabling the workpiece to be perfectly machined on five sides. Future-oriented solutions offer the user considerable advantages. For example, the ValuTec can be erected on a foundation on level ground without any ducts or pits, it has an integrated chip conveyor and the machining area is completely enclosed with an opening roof.
A further state-of-the-art feature is the integrated automatic tool changer on the operator side, which is one of a kind.
