Material pressure tank, stainless steel. Choice of sizes (4, 5, 10, 12, 22*, 45*, 60 - other sizes available on request). For spraying water-based materials, tanks made of stainless steel are required, unless you are working with original drums inserted into the pressure tanks or with stainless steel inserts. In this case, please ensure that the material outlet standpipe, all agitator parts that come into contact with the material and all other fittings are made of stainless steel.
Choice of agitator options: manual agitators, air-powered agitators, electric agitators. We will be happy to advise you about the best agitator for your requirements.
Choice of spray gun options: conventional-pressure, medium-pressure or low-pressure versions. For spraying water-based materials, we recommend the use of spray guns in which all wetted parts are made of stainless steel, e.g. PILOT Maxi, PILOT Mini and PILOT Premium.
Material filter with strainer 100 mesh. Strainer inserts with 30, 50 and 200 mesh are also available.
Type H2 filter/compressed air regulator for adjusting the compressed air settings at the spray gun and tank.
Hose set:
7 m compressed air hose from pressure regulation to spray gun
5 m compressed air hose from pressure regulation to tank
2 m compressed air hose from pressure tank to spray gun

Option: distributor and second discharge valve for connecting a
further spray gun

* The MDG 22 and MDG 45 pressure tanks can be used to hold
original drums. This allows you to work directly from the
original drum, thus reducing cleaning requirements.
