Expressly designed for bending works carried out by Warcom's press brakes. It consists in a system that allows to follow the sheet plates during the whole bending cycle. The gripper never releases the piece, even when the speed or the upper beam positions are changed, depending on the parameters which regulate the press.
The sheet metals loading and separation can be fully automated.
The flexibility during the production phase, guarantees a strategic advantage, to quickly adapt to all customers' needs or to unforeseen market changes. It eliminates dead time resulting from the product change and makes it possible to use mixed sheets, as part of a regular production.
