The valve is supplied in sizes 1½" - 3" (38mm - 76mm) A common application is on HTST pasteurizers where the 16AMP-VB valve is installed in the pasteurized side of the system Raw (unpasteurized) milk must drain toward the raw supply and not in the pasteurized direction The 16AMP-VB vacuum breaker is installed at the highest point in the piping, so that the product will drain in two directions from point of installation NOT FOR USE IN TANKS.
