Webac offers fully developed and sturdy continuous mixers of a wide range of mixing ca-pacities. Depending on the mixing capacity, the binder system and the demands on the sand Webac supplies single-shaft, double-shaft or triple-shaft mixers.

For the intimate mixing of the sand, cladded mixing cams with following advantages are in use:
- due to the cladding a long life time will be achieved,
- during cleaning of the mixer it is nearly impossible that the teeth of the mixing cams will be distorted or misadjusted,
- the mixing cams can be exchanged very fast. Adjusting of the teeth of the mixing cams isn't required.

For easy cleansing the mixing tube consists of two vertical parted shells. These shells are fixed to the support frame with rigid hinges. After opening of the shells the mixing shaft is accessible very easy.

The adding of the binder components will be done with frequency controlled dosing pumps with a high dosing accuracy and replication rate. Depending on the used liquids hose pumps or gear pumps will be used.
