The compact design of the EXWELD sigma series and the low device weight represent an absolute novelty in this performance category. The EXWELD sigma is available with self-contained (sigma SC) and external power supply (sigma EC). An easy to maintain machine concept allows for easy and fast exchange of the extrudate heating elements.

-Suitable for welding of PE, PP, PVDF, PVC (optional) and other weldable thermoplastic material. By default equipped with a twistable welding shoe (Twisty).
