MAIN MACHINE FEATURES :
- Active Starwheel for atomization of Hydrogen Peroxide
The introduction of atomized Peroxide is performed in the infeed starwheel. The atomizer system is equipped with valves with electronic controls
- Rotary Steaming-Rinsing Turret
In the turret, the bottles are inverted and the inner surface of the bottles is sprayed with low pressure dry steam in order to assure the correct activation and removal of hydrogen peroxide, effectively performed on the whole container.
- Ultra Clean Rotary Net Weight Filler
Machine base frame executed in stainless steel AISI 304, additionally sealed against possible infiltrating liquids.
Liquid collecting tray and protective safety covers following CEE norms
The filler tanks executed in stainless steel AISI-316L, the outside surface with satin finish, and the inside of the tank polished to a mirror finish (0.2 micron).
