MULTIBLOCK for cold filling products requiring Extended Shelf Life (ESL) composed by : Rotary Sanitizing Turret, Rotary Rinsing Turret, Rotary Net Weight Filler, Electronic Capper, C.I.P. system, and sanitizers regenerating fluids skid. Description
Based on WeightPack's ESL fill-by-net weight filler, the
multiblock can run up to 200 on 1-liter PET bottles per minute
of Fruit Juices with or without Pulp and dairy drinks with Cold Fill.
The filler performs the filling function without touching the top of the bottle.
It represents the state-of-the-art technology in terms of automation and ease of cleanability, with automatic C.I.P. / S.I.P. and programmable spray cleaning (Car-Wash) for filler's external surfaces, the filler's cleaning procedures are entirely automated.
Multiblock concept in order to allow a compact lay-out.
Slooped design Machine Frame made entirely from 304/316-ss.
Collecting tray of larger and deeper section entirely contained
within the guarding system.
