Following the Amiral and Amiral Compact
booths, Weimann has developed the AMIRAL
SPEED DRY ECOPLUS, the booth of the future,
with outstanding performance. CURING TIME IS
HALVED AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION CUT BY
UP TO 50% IN COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS
The new Amiral Speed Dry booth features the latest
in spray / curing technology along with Weinmann's
traditional "built-to-last" approach :
- A compact control unit that can be set to automatic
operation. The operator only needs to use two
buttons over the whole cycle.
- SpeedDry curing accelerator, ideal for intensive use
of water-soluble paint.
- The groundbreaking EcoPlus"M system (patent
pending) that can cut heating energy costs in cold
weather by up to 50%.
- Automatic air intake / exhaust control giving a
slight overpressure that flattens sanding dust to the
floor and allows work to proceed in a dust-free
environment
- Floor-fitted 4.2 m2 compact ventilation unit
- A humidity control unit (on option)
- A new oversize reaction turbine (38,000 m3/h)
- Low-speed motors, 750 - 1000 rpm for a noise-free
environment (under 73 dB).
- An exhaust tube in the roof with cut-in valve and
automatic shutting to prevent rainwater ingress
