Description

Batley Valve® introduced the Trimming Valve for use on low pressure gas duties, where once the optimum flow conditions have been determined the valve is locked into the ideal “trimming” position via the clamping nut on the hand lever, but can be repositioned should flow conditions change. The “LD” was primarily designed for use in low pressure hot water systems by the heating and ventilation industry to avert flow through unfired boilers but it can also be utilised as a zone valve, where small leakages in the closed position are permissible.
