Diamond dresser DIALETTEN

DIALETTEN dressers are used for dressing grinding wheels in corundum and silicon carbide grit. It is also applicable for circular centerless, and surface grinding machines. The instrument is characterized by its hand-set scattered natural or synthetic diamonds, placed in a set-pattern and embedded in a wear-resistant sintered metal. The metal varies according to the wheel hardness and type. The unit may come in diamond size and with weight that varies according to the dresser types. It also suitable for use as clamped or brazed versions which depend on the operation or machine type.
