The industrial system of microwaves recently developed, VHM HEPHAISTOS, is a system internationally patented characterized by a very high homogeneity.
L’ high homogeneity allows the aeronautical manufacture of structures out of CFC of high-quality, for example.
Advantages:
The cost reduction of production due to a heating and shorter times of cooling, compared with the conventional methods. The use of parts out of metal (for example tools and systems for filling) is possible in the field of the microwaves
Specific volumetric heating of the products; the room of furnace itself is not heated
Volumes of the laboratory until large scales (for example in l’ aircraft industry) are available (volume of room of the systems presented 750 and 4200 liters); other volumes on request
