Description

The standard for operating pressures of 50 bar to 200 bar and operating temperatures up to 400°C In the processing industry and in plant construction, the pressure range above 50 bar (5 MPa) is generally designated and recognised as the high pressure range. Many manufacturers have little experience in this area and can offer only special productions, if any. WEKA feels particularly at home in this segment and can offer one standard with four staggered series (80 bar, 100 bar, 150 bar and 200 bar). This makes product selection easier for the user, simplifies handling, ensures the quality level and allows long-term delivery availability. From 200 bar to 630 bar, we offer individual solutions, where we can build on a large number of already produced products. The float with the lying bar magnet serves as a basis here as well. Many years ago, WEKA was the first manufacturer to develop the spherical float. Owing to the optimally pressure resistant geometry of the sphere, a float could be designed in titanium that is suitable for the highest pressures without increasing the internal pressure. Thus, WEKA can choose between a large number of float types for diverse parameters. On this basis, we build bypass magnetic visual level indicators according to the European directive (PED) or the American standard (ANSI / ASME). WEKA offers standardised magnetic visual level indicators up to 200 bar! Due to the magnetic principle, we are bound to non-magnetisable materials. The material group 316/316L or 1.4401/1.4404/1.4435/1.4436 and the pressure rating essentially determine the series.
