With its compact aluminium housing, the CMOS camera is highly versatile, even in extremely tight spaces. The camera can be quickly and easily secured and adjusted with the wenglor mounting system.

The wenglor control unit is equipped with several inputs and outputs for unrestricted configuration. It is highly flexible and can be easily installed inside the control cabinet, or wall mounted.

The wenglor Floodlight can be used either with through-beam or incident light operating mode. Transparent and reflective objects as well as object contours are illuminated well.

The wenglor Ring Illuminator illuminates the application evenly.
It is especially well suited for the detection of colors and prints. Even contrasts on matt surfaces are detected very well.

The wenglor spotlight illuminates the application evenly. It is mounted easily even at cramped space conditions. This illumination is suited to supplement internal illuminations.

This wenglor Vision Sensor combines camera, optic, illumination and evaluation unit in one very small and compact housing. Especially suited is this sensor for high speed image processing. The functions surface supervision, presence check, pixel comparison and shape analysis are working independently of the position of the object. Sorting, size controll and good/bad part detection are realizable easily.
