Description

Measurement of large and heavy workpieces with moving bridge for shopfloor and measuring room The sensors are positioned using the moving bridge so that the workpiece does not have to be moved during the measurement. Standard measuring ranges between 500 mm and 2 000 mm in the X-axis, up to 5 000 mm in the Y-axis and up to 1 500 mm in the Z-axis enable measurements on large-volume workpieces from the automotive, mechanical engineering and toolmaking industries weighing up to 5 tonnes. Equipped with temperature compensation, the air-bearing multi-sensor coordinate measuring machine delivers precise measurement results even when set up close to production. • Unlimited possibilities for optical 3D measurement of workpieces through complete integration of the Werth Zoom with variable working distance in the Z-ram • Increased flexibility at high measuring speed through integration of multi-sensor systems • High flexibility through variable illumination units • Attachment frame with adjustable CNC transmitted light for fast optical measurement of stamped and bent parts, foils and profiles with homogeneous illumination in the entire measuring range possible Accuracy Permissible length measurement error up to 1.8 µm
