Description

The NanoMatic CNC measuring machine is predestined for rapid production monitoring of tools. The tool clamping on the unique Werth rotary fixture V Pro enables the measurement of the effective contour without run-out errors in highest precision. For example, the machine achieves repeat accuracies in the tenth of a micrometre range when measuring radii, diameters or shapes. • The combination of a Werth Laser Probe and an air bearing rotary axis with wobble compensation also allows the measurement of rake and clearance angles • Optimum detection of cutting edges in highest resolution is achieved by integrated motor zoom optics • Due to its high measuring speed, it can also be used for 100 % inspection • Workshop-compatible graphic-interactive measurement software WinWerth® with a comfortable user interface • Tools such as milling cutters, drills, mould and step tools as well as reamers can be measured easily and very quickly • Measurement of tools with a diameter of up to 20 mm, larger measuring ranges are available on request Accuracy Permissible length measurement error up to 1.8 µm
