Description

With manual operation, the EasyScope® offers automatic image processing, optoelectronic zoom and autofocus for optical measurement in the vertical axis. For measurement in the Z-axis, only the axis drive is moved manually – a focus variation procedure determines the measurement points independently of the operator. Typical applications include plastic plugs and housings, stamped and bent parts, lead frames and watch plates. • Optoelectronic zoom for fast zooming of smallest details or for switching to the overview image by mouse click • Zooming and light switching in the programme sequences is automatic • Automatic measured geometric element recognition with Werth AutoElement • Navigation to the measuring positions stored in programme sequences • High flexibility due to 8-segment darkfield incident light and transmitted light illumination • Brightfield incident light can be integrated into the beam path • Specification following VDI 2617 Type Manual 3D image processing measuring machine in tabletop design Accuracy Permissible length measurement error up to 2.5 µm
