Description

By combining transmission tubes with 225 kV acceleration voltage and large, high-resolution detectors, the TomoCheck ® S HA (High Accuracy) enables 3D measurements of multi-material assemblies as well as large-volume workpieces with high resolution and unprecedented accuracy. The basic design of the computed tomography coordinate measuring machine in granite, high-precision machine mechanics and air bearing technology enable length measurement errors in the sub-micrometre range. Areas of application are micro-parts as well as workpieces made of plastic, light metal and graphite. • Minimisation of the probing error of the X-ray sensor through a patented process • The diamond target tube and a detector with a high number of pixels allow resolutions in the 1/10 µm range • The TomoCheck® S HA corresponds in design and construction to full protection devices according to the Radiation Protection Ordinance • Additional sensors can be retrofitted for specific applications • Standard-compliant calibration according to VDI 2617 for reliable and traceable measurement results, optionally with DAkkS certificate Max. Workpiece dimensions D = 204 mm / L = 434 mm (depending on the aspect ratio of the workpieces) Accuracy Permissible length measurement error up to 2.5 µm
