With its solid granite construction, special air bearing technology and temperature-stable scale systems, the VideoCheck® V HA achieves measurement uncertainties in the tenth of a micrometre range. The high-precision machine has an integrated vertical rotary axis so that deflection due to the dead weight of rotationally symmetrical workpieces such as shafts and tools is avoided. Workpieces such as form milling cutters, spiral, step and thread taps or shafts are measured. • Ergonomic vertical workpiece clamping with highly accurate air bearing rotary axis • Fixture for all common clamping systems, e.g. HSK, SK, hydraulic chuck, Capto, fixed and rotating center • Tools with high weight can be measured with high accuracy • Use of the Werth Zoom with 90º optics for measurement of front surfaces is possible • Integration of further sensors (conventional 3D scanning probe, patented micro-probe Werth Fiber Probe®, optical distance sensors) into a multi-sensor coordinate measuring machine • Radial run-out errors (wobble) of the workpieces are compensated for by the measurement software Measuring range Workpiece dimensions L = 300 mm / 500 mm / 800 mm with D = 200 mm / 350 mm / 200 mm Accuracy Permissible length measurement error up to 0.25 µm
