The modularity of Tech-Trak® is described by the table below which groups all eight type modules into four key modular component groups as follows:
Key Module Components:
-Pallets and Chains that are determined based on the part size and weight.
-Straight Track and Stop modules which requires support frames and on an optional basis drip pans and track returns (depending on the application design). The track, support frames, and potentially drip pans and returns represent the Straight Track assembly components. Stops are self-contained modules.
-Curve modules and Switch modules. Each module requires a support frame, drip pans and returns. Curves and Switches are self-contained modules, however, in order to offer customers and system integrators selection flexibility they are listed as module assemblies.
-Drives and Vertical Transfers that are all self-contained powered modules.
Optional Configuration Components:
-Custom Pallets (non-standard) and types of Chain (ie. gapless vs. gapped).
-Support Frames, Drip Pans, and Returns are offered as configuration options for Straight Track, Curve and Switch modules.
-Several electrical components, brackets, and various other accessories.
