Many macro inspection applications today are carried out completely on a PC without the use of traditional microscope eyepieces. High optical performance and the convenience of digital imaging are combined in the AMS-MV2 system. This all-digital configuration with a 1.3 megapixel USB 2.0 camera, pristine optics, and true vertical objective orientation, provides what-you-see-is-what-you-get image capture. The AMS-MV2 incorporates an 8:1 optical zoom for a field of view range of 3.4mm to 27mm and magnification range of 11x to 88x. In addition, an optional 3-position supplementary lens turret extends these ranges for added system flexibility (see ”SPECIFICATIONS” below).
