Waste water results from many production processes and vibratory mass finishing is no exception. Before water can go to drain, it has to be cleaned laboriously or its disposal will be very costly. Wheelabrator offers - with regard to a responsible view on environmental matters - two optimised processes which enable companies to significantly reduce costs for the disposal of the waste water produced.
Centrifugal TechnologyBy means of centrifugal force, solid matters are separated from the processing water by gravitational acceleration and are separated as solid sludge. The water can then be fed back into the finishing process. The centrifugal technology can be used to remove solid matters from the following processing liquids:

- Processing water from mass finishing applications
- Cooling and lubrication fluids for mechanical metal finishing
- Processing waters for wet blast processes
- Lapping processing waters
- Rinsing baths

With centrifugal technology, the recycling of the process water from the finishing process does not only reduce the consumption of water (up to 98%), but also reduces the usage of compound (up to 90%).
