The new machine generation of the WIDOS PSM series was developed in order to satisfy the highest demands in the field of sheet and board welding of all common thermoplastics.

The basic construction of the machine originates from our serial welding machine WIDOS 2500 which has proved its worth a thousand times in the past resp. from the WIDOS 4001 and WIDOS 4002 depending on the model; the machine tables are moved manually by a small wheel and a powerful spring provides the application of the joining pressure. Larger versions of the machine feature hydraulic or servo drives.

For a safe clamping of the sheets we apply an innovative system with threaded spindles that is capable of applying the highest clamping powers in the smallest machine version.

The torsion-free heating element with compensation to a possible heat deformation has a high-quality anti-stick coating and is exactly regulated.
