Heating mantle
PILZ® Winkler

Since 1st October 2007 Winkler GmbH has taken over the product line of laboratory heating mantles under the traditional PILZ ® brand. The heating mantles have been completely revised by Winkler in line with the latest safety standards. All heating mantles are designed for high operating temperatures up to 450 °C. They have to be sufficiently flexible and therefore hand crocheted in Heidelberg.

In order to prevent fault occurrence, e.g. dangerous contact voltages in the event of a liquid penetration into the heating appliance, all heating mantles are equipped with a residual current device (RCD) which is connected to the heating mantle via a multipole plug. Our portfolio includes suitable plug-in accessories and devices to support reliable and safe operation.
