Advice:
The dock floodlight DoS 1000, water resistant fixture with protection class of IP 68, may be floated up to a water depth of 10 mtr. in switched off position. Temperature changes resulting from switching off the lamp are causing a low air pressure in the relatively small floodlight housing. This low air pressure may destroy the hard glass pane by implosion. to avoid possible implosions the air volume of the floodlight housing must be enlarged by means of an open connection. This is realized by a hose connection between branching box and floodlight. Reinforced plastic hoses are available as special accessories.
